Chip and Seal- Also known as tar and chip is a very cost efficent and durable application that is made of multiple layers of 3/8" crushed washed chip rock and CRS2 liquid asphalt. When layered and compacted it creates a solid asphalt surface that is commonly used for damaged concrete, asphalt, and new construction. This service can be applied on driveways, private lanes, county roads ,and parking lots.
